- Place soaked peanuts and everything in the list in a pot. Cover with enough water. Bring to a good boil and then simmer on medium heat. Cooking time usually takes one an half hour to two hours. Check pot every now and then, add water if necessary and cook until peanuts are very tender. Leave to cool before serving.
- Note: Alternatively, a slow cooker can also be used and using pressure cooker will definitely reduce cooking time to only 45mins.
