  14. Take 8-10 Black pepper corns
  15. Prepare 2-3 Tbsp Water
  16. Get 1/2 kg Beef boneless meat
  17. Get 1 litre Water
  18. Get 🌻Lentils mixture:
  19. Get 1/2 cup Wheat soaked overnight
  20. Prepare 1/2 cup Barley soaked overnight
  21. Make ready 1/2 cup Split bengal gram soaked overnight
  22. Make ready 1/4 cup Split orange lentil soaked overnight
  23. Get 1/4 cup White lentil soaked overnight
  24. Get 1/4 cup Split yellow lentil soaked overnight
  25. Get 2 litre Water
  26. Make ready 2 large Bay leaves
  27. Prepare 2 tsp Turmeric powder
  28. Prepare 1 Tbsp Salt or to taste
  29. Make ready 1 litre Water or as required
  30. Take 1/2 tsp Mace powder
  31. Prepare 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
  32. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin powder
  33. Get Ginger julienne
  34. Make ready 1-2 Green chilies chopped
  35. Take Mint leaves handful
  36. Take 🌻For Tempering:
  37. Get Oil
  38. Get 1/4 Cup Onion slices large
Steps to make BEEFHALEEM / DALEEM::
  1. 🌻For Beef stock - In pot,add bones,water and mix,bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 40-45 minutes. - Strain stock,discard bones & set aside.
  2. 🌻For Qorma: - In pot,add oil,oinion and fry until brown. - Add ginger garlic paste and mix well,add red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt,bay leaves,cinnamon stick,cloves,black pepper corns and mix well. - Add water and mix,add beef boneless meat and mix well for 2-3 minutes. - Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook until meat is tender(approx. 1 hour). - Remove bay leaves and mash/shred meat and set aside.
  3. 🌻For Lentils mixture: - In pot,add wheat,barley,split bengal gram,split orange lentil,white lentil,split yellow lentil,water,bay leaves,turmeric powder,salt and mix well,bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame until lentils are tender (approx. 1 hour). - Remove bay leaves and blend the whole mixture with hand blender.
  4. Add prepared beef stock and mix well. - Add shredded meat and mix well. - Add water and mix well. - Add mace powder,nutmeg powder,cumin powder and mix well if you noticed Haleem is too thick so you can add more boiled water and cook for 1 hour in low flame.
  5. 🌻For Tempering: - In frying pan,add oil and onion,fry until golden brown. - Add fried onion in daleem sprinkle some coriander and serve with fried onion, ginger,green chilli, cilantro, chaat masala lemon and crusty bread or naan. - Enjoy !!!
