- In a medium size pot, Boil the Macaroni in boiling salt water with a 2 Tablespoons of oil until soft
- In a sauce pan, add 2 Cups of milk, a piece of butter. Bring the milk to medium heat. Take the Mazena and mix alil water, then add it to the warm milk.
- Stir the milk continuously with a whisk to avoid lumps. If too thick add more milk until a thin saucy white sauce. Then add half of the white cheese and half of the yellow cheese in the sauce and then add the cooked pasta.
- In a oven dish, pour half of the pasta mix and Sprinkle more cheese, add sliced tomatoes and repeat another layer. Add lotsa salt and pepper.
- Put in the oven at 180° for 30mins. Enjoy.
