- For the filing, mix egg and sugar using a medium speed mixer. Add lemon zest and lemon juice.
- Add cream cheese, and whisk using a high speed mixer until the batter is well mixed.
- Add remaining flour to the batter.
- Pour the batter to the crust and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted is come out clean.
- Sift powdered sugar on top
