Add remaining cranberry juice and Kirsch. Serve each portion of cranberry mousse with a little cranberry sauce. Preparation In a saucepan, heat cranberry juice to boiling. Stir in raspberry gelatin until dissolved.

- Garnish with silver, green and red colored sugar and caramel tree and a piece of white chocolate colored transfer
