  8. Add 1 1/2 tbls oil to pasta; Ross to coat.
  9. Add mushroom - tomato mixture to pasta, toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Top with Shrimp and 1 tbls parsely.

Linguine is tossed with a lemony wine and shrimp mixture! Top it with some fresh grated parmesan cheese and some fresh tomatoes on the side and you have the perfect meal. This was my first time cooking w/ shrimp- and I even cheated! Sliced Italian sausage with diced plum tomatoes, sage, and rosemary in a light marinara sauce.
