The ingredients needed to make Pho:
  1. beef broth
  2. beef bullion cubes
  3. thin sliced beef about 12-16 oz
  4. Adolf's meat tenderizer
  5. thinly sliced green onions
  6. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
  7. bean sprouts
  8. fresh spinach leaves, with stems trimmed
  9. soy sauce
  10. fish sauce
  11. cinnamon
  12. grated fresh ginger
  13. extra broth if necessary
  14. rice noodles cooked to package directions
  15. extra green onions for garnish
Instructions to make Pho:
  1. Meat is very tough so, take it and separate into strips onto a baking sheet, coat with meat tenderizer on both sides, cover with foil and put into fridge for 4hrs
  2. In a Dutch oven, add broth, bullion cubes, cinnamon, ginger, fish sauce, and soy sauce; slowly bring to simmer to let flavors marry, about 30 mins
  3. Add mushrooms, and onions, cook for about 10mins
  4. Wash tenderizer off beef strips and add to pot with cooked rice noodles and bean sprouts, stir and cook about 5mins
  5. Remove from fire, fold in fresh spinach just to wilt
  6. Ladle into bowls and add more fresh sliced green onion to garnish, enjoy!
