- For Pasta
- 250 gm Elbow Pasta
- 1 ltr Water
- 1 tsp Salt

- 1 chopped Tomato
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi/Dried Fenugreek leaves
- 1 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Cheese
- 1 tbsp Mixed Herbs
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1/2 cup Milk
- to taste Salt
Instructions to make Pasta Makhani:
- Boil water in a pan, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp oil, elbow pasta and bring it to a boil.
- Drain and keep aside.
- Now, heat 1 tsp butter, add cumin, garlic cloves, ginger and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped onions, cashews, almonds and fry.
- Now, add chopped tomatoes and sauté.
- Then, add salt, red chili, garam masala powder and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Add 1 tsp kasuri methi and mix well.
- Blend this mixture with adding some water.
- Now, heat 1 tbsp butter, add chopped veggies and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder and cook till it softened.
- Heat 2 tbsp butter, add all-purpose flour and saute for 1 minutes.
- Now, add milk, cheese, mayonnaise and mix well.
- Stir continue and cook till sauce thicken.
- Add blended paste and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add kasuri methi and sauté veggies and mix it.
- Then, add boiled pasta and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Add mixed herbs, mix well and serve.
