The ingredients needed to make Pansit Bihon:
  1. chicken breast
  2. cabbage
  3. carrots
  4. dried mushroom
  5. Garlic and shallots
  6. Rice noodle
  7. Soy sauce, fish sauce, black pepper, dark sauce
Steps to make Pansit Bihon:
  1. Wash all the veges and cut all into stripes. Beforehand soak dried mushroom for about 10 mins in hot water and cut in stripes. Including chicken meat.
  2. Soak rice noodle for abt 5 mins. Drain and set aside
  3. Get a wok let it hot and put oil. Then saute shallots and ginger until fragrant. Then the meat and mushroom. Stir fry for a while then add all the remaing ingredients.Add water. Mix and cover to simmer.Then season according to your taste. When half done remove all from the wok. Set aside
  4. Then add all the soaked noodle make sure to mix it so that all will absorb the sauce. When its almost done then add veges mix them all well.Remove from the wok.
