  2. In bowl mix eggs and oil till frothy
  3. Blend cake mix in for 2 min on med speed
  4. Add oranges (reserving a few for top)
  5. Pour in pans bake 20 min or until toothpick comes out clean. let cool in pan 10 min then dump to plate let cool till cold to touch (you can refrigerate will help while icing)
  6. For icing mix cool whip and pudding mix till well blended BY HAND add pineapple and spread on first layer stacking then ice outside
  7. Garnish with reserved oranges enjoy!!
  8. Warning although yummy this is NOT a good idea for summer outdoor picnics cool whip breaks down too quickly and becomes a mess!!
