- Now make milk for soak sponge…. In a bowl add milk, powdered sugar, cream mix it properly…. Now on a room temperature cake pour this milk gradually…
- Now beat cream until it thick and stiff peaks form… Now apply cream all over the cake and rest it in refrigerator for 30 minutes….
- Now make caramel… In a non-stick pan add sugar on medium flame and let it melt after it melt completely. Gradually add cream and mix it properly until no lumps in it and cook until its thickens….
- Now let it cool for 5 minutes and then apply on the top of the cake properly… Now in a pipping bag add cream whip cream and make a lines with cream on cake the with the help of toothpick make a design… And on the center of the cake add some whip cream… And if want garnish it so garnish it with chooped almonds….. Chilled it in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours and then enjoy….
