Steps to make Eggless Pinacolada Cake:
  1. Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda together in a bowl and keep aside.
  2. Grease a 7" cake tin with butter, dust it with maida.keep aside.
  3. Mix condensed milk, melted butter and coconut extract in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Add the sieved flour mixture and canned pineapple and mix gently.
  5. Add the coconut mix and fold it.The batter should be of dropping consistency.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased and dusted cake tin.
  7. Bakers in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. Keep aside to cool.Once cooled Unmould the cake.
  9. Cut the cake horizontally into two parts.
  10. Keep the upper part of the cake on the cake board.
  11. Sprinkle tinned Pineapple syrup.
  12. Spread whipped cream evenly.Over it Spread grated and roasted coconut and pineapple pieces.
  13. Place another piece of cake.
  14. Repeat the process. Apply whipped cream, coconut flakes and pineapple pieces.
  15. Now evenly spread whipped cream on the sides and top of the cake.
  16. Pipe the cake with white whipped cream icing using star nozzle.
  17. Garnish the cake with pineapple pieces and chocolate garnishes.
  18. Your Yummy Pinacolada Cake is ready to serve.
