The ingredients needed to make Flautas:
  1. 1 cup cooked black beans
  2. 2 roasted poblano peppers
  3. 1 cob of corn
  4. 1/2 sweet onion
  5. 1/4 tspn cumin
  6. 2 tbsp chili powder
  7. 2 tbsp garlic salt
  8. 3 cloves garlic
  9. 12 tortillas
Instructions to make Flautas:
  1. Sweat onion on med high in sausepan for 5 minutes then toss in garlic, cumin, chili powder and remove from heat.
  2. Mash beans and peppers together in large bowl
  3. Cut corn from cob.
  4. Mix peppers, beans, onions, and corn.
  5. Cook tortillas, on grill or bake for 2 min each side
  6. 2 tbsp filling for each tortilla and roll loosey. (good to use some filling to keep it closed)
  7. Arrange on cookie sheet with seam side down and cook for 20 minutes at 350
