- Once it get done take them out and cool on wire rack.
- After cooling cut from center and soak sponge is pineapple can juice,apply whipped cream evenly and sprinkle some chocolate chips (optional) and pineapple chunks
- Put another layer soak with pineapple juice then iced cake with whipped cream (I used colors in whipped cream) as you want.
- Put cake into fridge to set.
