The ingredients needed to make Noodle Fried Rice:
  1. 1 cup leftover steam rice
  2. 1 package Indonesian instant fried noodle (I used “Mie Goreng Sedap)
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1/2-1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  5. Pinch salt
  6. Pinch black pepper
  7. Chopped green onions
  8. Chicken powder optional
  9. Chili flake optional
  10. Fried shallots optional
Steps to make Noodle Fried Rice:
  1. Boil the noodle as the package instructions. Strain it, and set asides
  2. Using the frying pan, heat up the oil, cracks the eggs and make it into scrambled eggs. Low the heat, and add the rice and noodle.
  3. Open and pour all the noodle seasoning into rice mixture. Add salt, black pepper, sugar, chicken powder, and chili flake if necessary.
  4. Turn up the heat and mix all together, and cook it through. Add the green onion and fried shallots. Taste it before turn off the heat. Transfer to the serving bowls, and enjoy!
