- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 4 Cups Milk
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Ribs w/ Mac & Cheese waffles. Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to Look, I don't want to imply anything. But Mac or Mc is Irish for 'Son of'. So any son of Eve is a McRib.
Steps to make Ribs w/ Mac & Slaw:
- Remove membrane from back of ribs with handle of spoon or fork. Rub the heck out of your meat. Put in pan with water and cover with foil. Bake 275F approx. 5 hours.
- Make sauce or use pre-made. Brush on ribs with 30 mins remaining. Return to oven uncovered.
- Cut cabbage, wash and dry. Salt cabbage leave in strainer for 25 mins. Rinse, dry and dress. Refrigerate.
- While boiling water, make roux with flour, butter. Add milk, pecorino, handful of cheddar, seasonings. Add roux to al dente pasta and top with toasted bread crumbs.
- If all is well, it will be edible and you’ll have some happy customers. Enjoy.
The barbeque, chicken and ribs were good but nothing out of the ordinary, for sure. And the sides, with the exception of the mac&cheese, were just plain awful. Just goes to show you, you can't always get. Dinner- Prime Rib w/potato and salad Chicken ale Axtell over pasta w/salad. Dinner - Beer Batter or Baked Haddock w/mac and cheese or potato and coleslaw Sear Tuna Steak with tangy plum sauce.
