- First of all boil water in a pan.and add 1/2 tsp oil in boiling water.
- Add 1 cup pasta in it.Boil for at least 10 min.Drain the water away and wash it with normal water.
- Now in a kadai at 3 tsp of oil.
- After oil get heated add crushed black pepper and onion in it.stir it for 5 min
- Now add tomato puree.cook it till oil get seperated.
- Then add chopped carrot,chopped cabcicum.
- Stir it continues without over cooking the vegetables.
- Now add chilli flakes,mixed herbs,salt and give it a good mix.
- Further add half cup water.
- Now add 2tbsp mayonnaise.you can add more if you want creamy texture.
- Now stir for sometime.
- Serve in a plate and add grated cheese in it…
- Finally serve it hot.
