- Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 8 by 8 inch baking pan with non stick spray
- Peel and pit peaches and slicei im to 1/2 inch slices
- In a bowl combine peache with lemon juice, cornstarch and sugar
- Lay peaches in prepared pan
- In another bowl combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, toffee chips and salt, whisk to blend
- Add butter and with a pastry cutter or fork combine until clumps form
- Sprinkle evenly over peaches and bake 40 to a 50 minutes until center is tender and bubbling. If after 30 minutes if it's golden and crisp tent with foil until done. Let sit a few minutes to cool serve warm with ice cream and whipped cream
