  1. 1 (carryout) box overnight white rice
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1/4 lb thin cut pork tenderloin, cut into strips

  6. 2 Tbsp veg. oil

  8. 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Instructions to make Pork Fried Rice:
  1. Mix pork with marinade and marinate for 10 minutes; Whisking eggs with salt till blend well; Put white rice into a bag then lightly separate it.
  2. Heat a pan with 1 Tbsp veg. oil. Stir-fry pork strips till turning brown. Then put it in a bowl.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp veg. oil in the same pan and pours in eggs cooked till the edge turning into white. Then Put rice in and gently stir fry till rice and eggs combined well.
  4. Add in minced carrot and pork strips (with pork juice) continuing stir fry everything till pork juice and rice combined well.
  5. Before finished, sprinkle green onions on top and season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
