Take a mixer jar and grind cashwnut and almonds and green cordamam and make a fine powder and keep aside/take bowl add curd and salt black pepper coriander powder turmeric powder cumin powder grind garam masala fenugreek leaves and mix well and add chicken pieces and merenate chicken keep in freeze 1hour
  2. Take a pan add oil add onion stir fry and add tomatoes and stir fry and add ginger garlic paste and stir fry well and add merenate chicken and stir cook well dry until smooth gravy add 2tbs ghee and add omelet strips and transfer into serving dish nicely
  3. Take a pan add 1 tbsp add grind almonds and cashwnut and green cordamam powder mix and stirring continue and some water and 1pinch salt and stir cook until smooth batter and spread chicken and garnish boil eggs/ ready to serve with paratha and romali roti or naan
