- Remove from oven and take off the foil. If the sauce is to liquid, carefully drain into a saucepan and then re-cover the fish to keep warm.
- Boil the sauce rapidly for a few minutes and then remove from the heat and add the butter. Use a fork to stirthr butter into the sauce.
