- In a large bowl mix flour, eggs, milk, oil and salt together until smooth (smooths out very easily-no need to whisk eggs and milk first).

Sprinkle the feta over it (I also add freshly ground pepper at this point) and top if off with the wet mixture (spread it out evenly). You can add parma ham or bellota (less fatty) ontop of the wet mixture before placing it in the oven. Bake for 30min.
