  3. Add shredded or sliced cheese first on the bottom. (layering)
  4. Beat the egg and cream (or milk) together.
  5. Pour a bit of egg-cream mix on the cheese to cover it.
  6. Add the sliced tikoy/rice cakes.
  7. Pour and cover with egg-cream mix.
  8. Add more shredded cheese on top as desired.
  9. Bake in air fryer at 180C for 15-18 mins, at the lowest part of AF. When you see it expand/ballooning and edges are brown, it's done.
  10. Use a spatula to loosen stuck edges and tip over on a plate and serve. Enjoy!
