- Rub the sides and bottom of the mold with butter or margarine so it won't stick too much.
- Add shredded or sliced cheese first on the bottom. (layering)
- Beat the egg and cream (or milk) together.
- Pour a bit of egg-cream mix on the cheese to cover it.
- Add the sliced tikoy/rice cakes.
- Pour and cover with egg-cream mix.
- Add more shredded cheese on top as desired.
- Bake in air fryer at 180C for 15-18 mins, at the lowest part of AF. When you see it expand/ballooning and edges are brown, it's done.
- Use a spatula to loosen stuck edges and tip over on a plate and serve. Enjoy!
