  2. 1 packages penne rigate pasta, cooked
  3. 1/2 cup long beans, cut into 1inch pieces

  5. 1 medium carrot, stripped and cut into 1 inch pieces
  6. 1/2 cup sliced broccoli floretts
  7. 1/4 cup sliced cauliflower floretts

  11. 3 clove garlic, chopped
  12. 1/2 tbsp ginger, chopped

  15. 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  16. 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  17. 1/4 cup vegetable stock/water, or as needed
Instructions to make Garden Pasta:
  1. heat oil in large skillet. add onion, ginger, garlic, broccoli, carrots, long beans, cauliflower, peppers and salt. cook 1min, add stock/ water, reduce heat, cover and cook for 1min more
  2. mix in the corn and bacon then fold pasta into vege mixture. sprinkle with Italian seasoning, adjust taste and turn off heat. serve with your favorite pasta sauce or have as a salad
