Instructions to make Snow white doughnuts:
- Mix all the dry ingredients of the dough in a big bowl.
- In a separate small bowl mix all the wet ingredients
- Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients (maida mix) and make a soft dough.
- Roll out a thick roti on the kitchen counter and cut small circles with a steel glass and then make small holes in the center with a bottle cap. (This way u will get a donut shape.
- Heat oil in a pan and then lower the flame. Add 4 doughnuts at a time and shallow fry till golden from both side.(should take about 3 -4mins). Keep on wire rack to cool.
- Snow white glaze: chop white chocolates into small cubes add cream to it and microwave for 30 secs. Mix and melt the chocolate. Then add icing sugar to it and mix well. Dip the warm doughnuts into it and cover with dessicated coconut. Donuts r ready to serve.
- Note: You can also try decoration with strawberry, chocolate or mango glaze in the similar manner. Top with sprinkles of ur choice. I have use mango chocolates and dark chocolate here.
