The ingredients needed to make Crème brulee:
  1. 500 ml cream
  2. 1 vanillastick
  3. 6 eggs
  4. 75 grams sugar
  5. 1 cane suger
Instructions to make Crème brulee:
  1. Preheat oven to 150 °C

  6. Let it cool for about an hour in the refrigerator. Sprinkler with cane sugar and caramelise the layer with a gas burger.
