  3. . Add malai and sugar and mix well and stir continuously until ghee leave the pan. - Add cardamom powder, raisins and cashew nuts and mix well
  4. . Take mawa and sugar in a pan and saute. until thick. - Grease the plastic sheet and spread the mawa dough and on the top spread the gajar halwa and roll it tightly.
  5. Wrap in the plastic sheet and keep in the fridge for an hour. - Cut the pieces and serve.
