- Than put minced fish upper mushroom and prepare frying pan to fry mushroon till golden yellow put aside
- Take another frying pan put little oil than fry garlic ginger together till fragant than put little water,olyester sauce,light soy sauce,sugar until boiling the water than put mushroom inside cook around 3 menit than put little maizena last put sesame oil,,,serve hot
