  1. 2 can Yellow Cling Peaches (I used ones in water w/no added sugar)
  2. 1 cup Organic Raisins (Optional)
  3. 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  4. 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  5. 1 cup Raw Sugar
  6. 1 cup 2% Milk
  7. 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  8. 1/8 tsp Salt
  9. 2 tbsp Ground Cinnimon

  1. Gather Ingredients
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F Fahrenheit
  3. Drain the cans of peaches into a seperate cup or container
  4. Place butter into a 9" by 12" baking dish and heat in oven until completely melted.
  5. In medium bowl mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnimon.
  6. Then pour in the milk and peach syrup that you set aside earlier and mix well to make a thin watery batter. (some clumping is alright).
  7. Pour the batter over the very hot melted butter and sprinkle your peaches and raisins over the top.
  8. Bake for 1hr or until the batter rises around the peaches and the crust appears thick and golden brown. (Great served hot with vanilla bean ice cream. )
