- Spread dough with rolling pin and put it in tart mold.
- Mix ②almond cream ingredients in food processor. Put it on tart dough.
- Make ③almond cream and put it on
- Bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Put ④cream ingredients in pan and cook stirring at low flame until thickened.
- Cool tart and cream. Spread cream on top and decorate with muscat.
