  1. 1/2 kg Steak
  2. 2 cups Mashed potatoes (leftover of croquettes)
  3. 1 cup Noodles (leftover chopsuey noodles)
  4. 3 Green Chillies (chopped)
  5. 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves (chopped)
  6. 1 Onion (chopped)
  7. 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  8. 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  9. As per taste Salt
  10. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  11. 1 Lemon Juice
  12. 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  13. 1/2 cup Sweet Corns
  14. 1/4 Capsicum (chopped)
Steps to make Whosayna’s Cutlet:
  1. Boil steak in chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, dry it up when tender.
  2. Shredd or mince the boiled steak in chopper, add green chillies, sweetcorns, onions and coriander leaves.
  3. Boil water and dip in chopsuey and deep fried noodles in it and strain it, add noodles in steak mixture.
  4. Add leftover mashed potatoes in the mixture too.
  5. Mould in cutlet shapes, shallow fry dipping each in beaten eggs.
  6. NB: Put salt and little chilli powder in beaten eggs.
  7. It's ready to serve.
