  2. Then gradually while adding custard in milk stirr continuously in 2-4 minutes off the stove burner
  3. Pop it in a serving bowl & set it in refrigerator for about 2 hours while serving add the garnishing slice the Swiss rolls set it on custard layer then sprinkle chopped pistachios & almonds. It’s ready serve it cool & enjoy the dish..!
  4. Tip of the day: keep custard consistency towards medium thickness not too watery not too thick adjust it only to a creamy texture..!
