  5. Put the fish inside the batter, make sure all side coated with batter nicely, then you put the fish to the pot with oil
  6. Take out the fish after it change colour to golden brown, put it on the tray or plate covered with clothes or tissue to make all the oil out
  7. After that serve the fish with French fries, lemon wedges,lettuce, and sliced tomatoes, and tar tar sauce on other saucer
