- Cake Sponge
- 4 Eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Flour 1cup +1tbsp

- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 tsp Green food colour
- Butter paper
- Oil for greasing
- Frosting
- 200 ml Whipping cream
- 2 1/2 tbsp Icing sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 tsp Green food colour
- Fruit
- 2 Kiwi
Instructions to make Kiwi swiss roll cake:
- To make Sponge sheet, you need following materials shown in pictures.
- Add eggs in a bowl and beat well, following add sugar,oil,vanilla essence, baking powder and flour. Mix well together to make smooth batter.
- Now take 1/4 part out of batter and add green food colour. Mix well. Pour into piping bag and clip tightly.
- Greas sheet pan, cover with butter paper and make design.
- Preheat oven for 10 minutes. Bake this batter design for 3 minutes at 180°C.
- Now add leftover batter on this baked design and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
- Flip over the side, remove butter paper. Roll the cake gently by covering with butter paper and cling film. Keep aside to get room temperature.
- In a bowl add chilled whipping cream and whisk until getting frothy. Add icing sugar and vanilla essence. Keep whisking to get stiff peaks.
- Divide this whipped cream into 2 portions. To one portion add green colour and mix gently. Slice one kiwi as shown in picture.
- Apply green frosting on cake sheet when it gets normal temperature. Arrange kiwi slices as in the picture.
- Fold cake sheet gently into roll. Again cover with butter paper and cling film. Keep in fridge for 8 hours or overnight to settle it down.
- Decorate with cream frosting and kiwi and enjoy
