- Put peach juice in a measuring cup. Add milk or cream to equal 3/4 cup. Add vanilla extract.
- Stir liquid into flour mixture to make batter. Pour batter into pan on top of melted butter. Do not stir. Tilt pan to spread batter.
- Toss peaches & blue berries together. Pour over batter. Try for even distribution. Do not stir.
- Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes. Cobbler is done when top is golden brown & center does not jiggle.
