  4. in large pot, add roast, veggies, and then add the 2 cups water to the bottom of the pot. cover and put in oven.
  5. bake at 325 for 1 hour, lower heat to 300 and bake for an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes. remove from oven, let sit for about 15 minutes and enjoy!
  6. If making in crock pot, set to low heat for about 8-9 hours, or high for 5-6
