  2. Chocolate mousse

  1. Ingredients used for the chocolate swissroll cake:flour ½cup,white sugar 4tbsp,brown sugar 4tbsp,for eggs,¼cup cocoa powder,¼cup melted butter,baking powder 1tbsp,salt ½tsp,nescape 1tsp,vanilla flavor 1tsp
  2. I first separated the eggs keeping white and yolk separate in a different bowl,using mixer beat egg white and white sugar till peak keep aside and beat yolk Wt brown sugar,I also add 6tbsp of water to d nescape stir and keep aside
  3. I add d flour,baking powder, melted butter,salt,nescape,cocoa powder in to the egg yolk mixture,mix well and later remove the mixer paddle,using spatula gently fold in d egg white mixture in to the flour mixture and fold well
  4. Greese the baking tray Wt butter, layered d patchment paper greese the paper as well and pour the mixture bake in a preheat oven for 7-8munites
  5. Immediately u remove the cake from d oven Wt the help of kitchen towel fold ur cake and allow to cool completely,later open it appt ur cream and fold back
  6. After applying the cream I cut in to small pieces
  7. For the chocolate mousse,I add my homemade chocolate in a sauce pan,add marshmallow,melt everything together,allow to cool and add whipping cream and mix well and add in a pipping bag Wt nozzle. (made Wt cocoa powder+sugar+butter+flavor,mix d cocoa powder and sugar Wt little water,add butter double boil untill sugar dissolved completely add flavor ready to use)
  8. I layered by tripple by adding piece of chocolate swissroll cake, followed by dark green jelly,then chocolate mousse,cake again,yellow jelly dis is hw the thing goes,untill I full up my cup.
