- Spread filling onto it. Evenly to cover the top and flatedit evenly. Press firmly and rolling it with the help of parchment paper, as tight as u can to make a roll out of it. Once rolled, put it in refrigerator to set for 4 to 5 hours or untill set enough. When ready, remove the paper and cut 1/2inch thick pieces and serve beautiful swiss roll with ice cream.
