  2. 250 Sugar
  3. 6 Eggs

  5. Add milk and flavour. Mix until fluffy. Add colour of choice
  6. Check cake and set aside to cool by rolling the cake into a log.
  7. When cooled roll back to open. Spread butter but not to edges. When you roll the Swiss Roll the creek will get to the edges.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator before cutting… Done
