  14. 50 grm Apricot (chopped)
  15. 50 grm Cranberry
  16. 5 tbs Olive oil
  17. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  18. 1 tsp Chill powder
  19. Salt
  20. 1 tbs Apple cider vinegar
  21. 1 tsp Crushed chill
  22. 1 tsp Rosemary
Instructions to make Mixed stir fry:
  1. Keep a pan, add 3tbs oil, fry fish (well done) remove, cut into pieces and keep
  2. In the same oil add prawns add little salt and fry for 5min remove and keep
  3. Now add remaning oil and fry all the other ingredients except dry fruits, rosemary, crushed chilli, egg and fish
  4. Fry for 5 min in medium flame, take out and let it cool
  5. Add vinegar, chilli, rosemary, egg, fish, salt and mix well. Serve with toasted bread, or roti
