- In a mixing bowl add butter, condensed & beat it well, then add vanilla essence & again mix well, then fold in the dry ingredients & add milk & make a smooth batter out of it.
- Spread thin layer of batter into the parchment paper & bake it in a preheated oven for 15-18min, once out of the oven cover the cake with a muslin cloth & let it cool completely.
- Then spread fresh cream on 3/4th of the cake & place sliced strawberries on it & with a help of cling wrap carefully fold the cake into a log & refrigerate it for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours cut the log into slices & serve
