  2. Now put the roasted desiccated conconut in a bowl add condensed milk, vanilla essense mix well and make a dough.
  3. Now divide the dough in 2 parts. In a first part add red food colour and make a red colour dough and 2nd part make remain same white colour.
  4. Now take a clean wrap or foil paper firstly spread Red colour dough like a chapati on the above red colour dough spread white dough and roll it tightly. And make a roller.
  5. Now refrigerate the roll for 2 hour.
  6. After 2 hour roll will set. Now cut it in a round shape with knife.
  7. Now ready to serve coconut Swiss roll.
