- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar

Instructions to make Mixed vegetables (Ghonto):
- Cut in not-so-small pieces the cabbage, carrots, celery, jalapino, coriander leaves, squash, potatoes. Put these in a bowl.
- On a burner put a nonstick pan and heat it. Add the vegetable oil and heat.
- Add on it the dry peppers and heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the panch-foron and stir less than 10 seconds.
- Add the onion pieces on it and fry those.
- Add the mixed vegetables you prepared.
- Add coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, turmeric powder and sugar.
- Mix everything very well. Adopt slow cooking & Wait for a while. Stir the mixture time-to-time to check for burnt vegetables at the bottom of the pan.
- Add salt to taste. And add some gorom mosola powder!
- You have just made the mixed vegetables
