  2. Add shredded or blended beetroot.. Mix well,…Add flour, baking powder and butter…. Whisk nicely

  4. Bake for 20min.in a preheated microwave oven on 180°or 350F(don't over bake, otherwise it may break)
  5. Now heat a nonstick pan and add 1tbsp ghee,mava and stir about for 1 min.on medium flame
  6. Add mango puri and again stir about for 4 to 5min.
  7. Add sugar and continue stir till it becomes thick on high flame.(avoid burning)
  8. Add chopped dryfruits.. mix well..And keep aside
  9. Now after baking let it cool for atleast 1 hour.in fredge.
  10. After an hour spread mava filling on the base surface evenly and spread cheese cream too.
  11. Roll tightly carefully..
  12. Chill until it set perfectly (in fredge)
  13. Cut it into slices and garnish with desiccated coconut.
