The ingredients needed to make Fish fry:
  1. 1 Fish pieces washed
  2. to taste Salt
  3. 1 tsp Garlic ginger paste
  4. As needed Coriander leaves

  6. 1/2 tsp Lemon juice or kokam juice
  7. 2 tbsp Rawa (suji)
  8. 2 tbsp Rice flour
  9. 1 tbsp Besan
Steps to make Fish fry:
  1. Prepare a paste of ginger, garlic, coriander and little green chilli.
  2. Clean the fish pieces and add salt, lemon juice or kokam juice, turmeric, red garam masala.
  3. Prepare a mixture of rawa, rice flour and little besan, very little red garam masala.
  4. Add the fish to the rawa mixture made in step 3
  5. Heat oil in a fry pan and add the fish to it. Keep gas low and cover the pan for fast cooking.
  6. Once the bottom side is done, turn over.
