- Soak the glass noodles in cold water for at least 20 minutes while chop up some vegetables & bacons. Just leave glass noodles in the water.
- Heat up the pan with vegetable oil. Add bacons and fried lightly
- Add garlic m, coriander root (or stalk) and garlic. Stir fry them together until they smell nice and cooked.
- Add a cup of water. Then add oyster sauce, soy sauce, maggi sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and rice wine into the pan. Bring it up to the boil.
