  7. Boil again on the next day, skim off the foam and let them cool once more. If they let out any foam during the night, skim it off.
  8. The next day, boil the sweet once more until the syrup thickens, remove the muslin cloth and add the lemon and the vanillins. Stir lightly and remove from fire.
  9. When it cools, store in jars.
