- 200 grams orecchiette pasta
- 1 head broccoli

- In the same salted boiling pot cook the pasta to al dente
- Meanwhile wait for pasta ,in sauce pan add olive oil,fry finely chopped garlic until light brown ,add anchovies fillets ,for more hot taste add a fews whole dried chilli in this step for optional ,smash fillets by spoon or fork ,well mix it ,heat off
- Add broccoli florets in mixing bowl,follow with cooked pasta and some of boiling water mix to make broccoli little warm ,then add anchovies oil mixtures,season with salt and pepper ,softly stir
- Serve hot with some springkles of parmesan cheese or fresh chopped parsley :)
