  1. 2 Bramley apples skinned cut into chunks
  2. 1 small punnet of blackberries
  3. 340 g plain flour
  4. 170 g chilled butter

  6. Cook crumble on middle shelf of oven 180c (fan) for 30 to 45 minutes. You want the crumble to start browning. Don’t worry if there are cracks.
  7. Serve with tinned custard,cream or milk
