  1. 12 sausages
  2. 30 ml olive oil
  3. 180 grams plain flour

  2. Mix all other ingredients together to make the batter. (I just bung it all in the food processor and wizz it for 5 mins) then leave to sit at room temperature until sausages are nearly cooked.
  3. Turn oven up to high (Gas mark 8 or 9) for a couple of mins to get the oil really hot.
  4. Pour batter over sausages and put back.on oven at high temperature for 10 mins.
  5. Turn temp down to Gas mark 6 and continue cooking for around 30 mins or until the batter is filed and golden brown.
